Randy Chastain: President
Randy brings an extensive development and construction background to Parkside Homes. With more than 25 years
of construction and design experience, Parkside Homes builds on the satisfaction of several thousand customers
with lifestyle home products in Florida and Tennessee. Receiving state awards in Florida for "Best Development
Practices" and Award of Excellence for Best Community, all Parkside Homes Communities bear this unique signature
of design efficiency, environmental protection and architectural significance.
Brian Chastain: Vice President of Operations
Formally educated in Construction Administration from Middle Tennesse State, Brian has been overseeing the construction
of several communities in Middle Tennessee for the last five years. With a focus on effective customer communication,
every Parkside Homes customer benefits from his organization and communication of every important detail found in the
Parkside SYSTEM of construction. Brian is married to Jessica and is the proud father of a new daughter, Hailey.
Paul Madeline: Vice President of Construction
Paul is the Vice President of Construction for Parkside Homes. Paul brings more than 15 years of commercial and residential
construction experience to Parkside Homes. From making custom cabinetry in his own cabinet shop to retail shopping center
construction, Paul has vast "hands on" knowledge on how to best detail every construction project. Working throughout Middle
Tennesse for the last eight years, Paul has earned a reputation of one of the best construction detail taskmasters in our
marketplace. That "settle for nothing but the best possible" residential product is found in every Parkside Home.
