When each home plan was developed and copyrighted by Parkside Homes, special attention was given to the Courtyard, Cottage, Carriage and Town home designs, along with the outdoor rooms created by the orientation of each residence. From the alternating window-less walls and side courtyards (with the Courtyard Homes designs), to the secluded outdoor rooms in the rear of the Cottage Homes and Town homes, to the conventional rear yards of the Carriage Homes … Parkside’s attention to developing these outdoor opportunities is unmatched by all other builders.

We fully realize that by giving each homebuyer the ability to create his/her own private retreat, the enjoyment of the entire new home experience is greatly magnified.

To help craft this special “place” and encourage each customers’ self expression, Parkside Homes works with its design partner Artscapes, meeting individually with each home buyer. A full interview is given to determine the desires of each customer to in understanding how to maximize this opportunity. Plans are then submitted with a detailed listing of costs to offer each customer the ability to construct these spaces during the home construction phase and include the costs into the mortgage placed at the time of closing.
